Ingredients:
Dried Apricot - 500 gms
Sugar - 400 gms
Ghee - 250 gms
Cashew and Badam - 50 gms
Cashew Milk - 50 ml
Hazelnut Milk - 50 ml
Cardamom Powder as required
Steps:
1. Soak the Dried Apricot overnight for 12 hrs

2. In the morning, drain the water and keep it aside

3. Grind the Apricots using Mixer

4. Add little cashew milk while grinding the Apricots - Optional

5. Heat the pan and add the ground Apricot paste and cook it for few minutes
6. Add the water collected in Step 2 above and keep stirring
7. Add Cashew Milk, Hazelnut Milk, Sugar and mix it well and continue cooking
8. Add Ghee towards the end and keep stirring throughout (until you get Halwa consistency)
9. Garnish it with fried Cashew and badam
10. Halwa is ready :)
